Experienced Part-Time and Full-Time Florists

We have vacancies for experienced, part-time and full-time florists to work at our Belgravia boutique and flower concession at Harrods. If you have a creative flair for floristry, excellent customer service skills and, ideally, experience in luxury retail, the job offers the opportunity of working alongside highly qualified florists creating bespoke floral designs with flowers of exceptional quality for VIP customers, bouquets and arrangements for the concession, private homes, corporate work, etc. In a fast-paced environment where excellence is essential, the roles involve working closely with our Belgravia boutique and concession Managers alongside the boutique and Harrods teams.

Key Requirements

  • Floristry experience is essential.
  • A comprehensive level of floristry training.
  • Impressive knowledge of advanced floristry techniques.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail is an asset but not essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • A passion for flowers and luxury high end design.
  • Perfect written and spoken English.
  • Good level of IT skills.
  • Full clean UK driving licence is an advantage.

Assistant Boutique Manager

We are currently looking to hire an Assistant to our Boutique Manager, to provide support in the daily running of the Belgravia boutique.

The role will require working closely with the Boutique Manager while encouraging and motivating the team to excel in creativity and technical skills, in a collaborative spirit. Responsibilities include ensuring all merchandising reflects the Company luxury brand; overseeing the flower stand presentation, stock rotation and general boutique presentation; ensuring 'ready-to-go' bouquets, arrangements and planters are in full supply and perfect condition; creating daily flower price lists; monitoring wastage; assisting with invoicing, scheduling and staff training, creating rotas and, of course, leading by example.

Key Requirements

  • A recognised floristry qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of flowers and floristry techniques
  • A creative eye for shapes, textures and colours
  • Fluent written and verbal English language skills plus a good telephone manner
  • Proven experience in operational retail florist environment
  • Luxury retail experience
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Good IT and computer literacy
  • Full clear driving licence
