How to Care for Your Red Naomi Roses
- Unwrap and Arrange: Remove the gift packaging to let your roses breathe. If your bouquet is hand-tied and you want to keep the arrangement, don’t cut the binding cord.
- Place and Position: Keep your vase of roses in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, radiators, and air conditioning. Avoid placing near ripening fruit, which releases ethylene gas that can shorten their lifespan.
- Maintain Your Roses: Remove any wilted petals, flowers, or leaves from the water. Floating foliage can cause bacteria, which harms the flowers.
- Watering: Top up with clean, room-temperature water daily if needed. Change the water and add flower food every 3 days. Use the sachet provided, following the instructions for the right balance. Re-cut the stems at an angle when changing the water, trimming 2.5 cm (1 inch) from the base.
Important Notes:
- Flowers, foliage, and berries are for decoration only. Keep them away from children and pets.
- Use a protective mat under the vase to avoid water damage to surfaces.
- Remove pollen from flowers as they bloom to prevent staining.
- Do not consume flower food.
