October’s Golden Hour Vase Arrangement celebrates the rich colours and textures of the autumn season, bringing together two seasonal favourites: Chrysanthemums and Rosehips.

Selected following a recommendation from our Champion Growers, the arrangement features an abundant mix of Chrysanthemum varieties, chosen for their generous blooms, intricate petals and warm autumnal colours. Rosehips introduce bright berries and delicate stems, adding natural texture and contrast to the design.

The name Chrysanthemum derives from the Greek words chrysos, meaning gold, and anthemon, meaning flower, reflecting the bloom’s natural affinity with the golden hues of autumn. Rosehips offer their own seasonal character, with berries gradually ripening from green to shades of orange and red as summer gives way to autumn.

Together, these distinctive botanical elements form a generous vase arrangement inspired by the colours of the harvest. As the season progresses, our selection will evolve in keeping with nature, allowing our florists to work with the finest Chrysanthemums and Rosehips available.
