This prepaid gift card is issued by Neill Strain Floral Couture Ltd and may be redeemed in full or part payment for goods or services purchased in-store exclusively at the Neill Strain Floral Couture Belgravia Boutique, 11 West Halkin Street, London, SW1X 8JL. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed online at www.neillstrain.com, at our Harrods concession, by telephone or by mail order. Gift Cards are subject to the availability of products, services and store operations.

The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after the expiry date willbe forfeited. expire and no longer be available for use.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. If the purchase exceeds the card value, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Please treat this card like cash. Neill Strain Floral Couture Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards and they may not be replaced. Replacement may be possible where the original proof of purchase and card details can be provided, but this is at our discretion.

Gift cards must not be resold, transferred for value, or used for fraudulent purposes.

 Where a refund is due for a purchase made wholly or partly using a Gift Card in accordance with our standard terms and conditions of sale, the amount originally paid using the Gift Card will be credited back to the same Gift Card or, where this is not possible, to a replacement Gift Card. Any amount paid using another payment method will be refunded in accordance with our standard Terms of Sale.
