A Spectacular Birthday Celebration at Claridge’s

Recently, we had the honour of designing the floral decor for a magnificent birthday celebration in the prestigious Drawing Room at Claridge’s, one of London’s most iconic luxury venues.

For this exquisite celebration, we curated a sophisticated colour palette of navy, pale blue, purple, and gold. These rich tones infused the space with an air of opulence while complementing the timeless grandeur of Claridge’s. The Drawing Room, renowned for its intricate plasterwork and ornate detailing, provided the perfect backdrop for a setting that was both refined and romantic.

The event featured two stunning tables of twenty guests, each topped with a mirrored surface that reflected the flickering candlelight from the grand crystal chandeliers above. This design choice heightened the sense of warmth and intimacy, enhancing the already enchanting atmosphere of the evening.

Crystal bud vases, elegantly arranged along the length of each table, overflowed with an abundance of Vanda Orchids and premium Roses in striking shades of purple, lilac, and white. A delicate runner of Rose petals traced the centre of the tables, adding texture and depth to the floral design, while candelabras and candles cast a golden glow, creating a truly immersive and magical dining experience.

The interplay of light and reflection played a central role in bringing this event to life. The soft glow of candlelight danced across the mirrored tabletops, bouncing off the exquisite floral arrangements and crystal embellishments. This radiant ambiance, paired with the historic charm of Claridge’s, made for a setting that was as intimate as it was grand.
