Autumn Collection

We have created a very special Autumn Collection for 2023, sourcing many particularly rare, stunning blooms to make our designs even more unique.

Autumn is possibly my favourite season because of the incredibly rich textures of berries and foliages along with the strikingly beautiful flowers, all in exquisite earthy tones. This glorious mix of colour and texture creates a lyrical rhythm for the eye when gazing at our bouquets and arrangements, like a poem, and this experience inspired me to name our new collection “Ode To Autumn” after the verses of British poet, John Keats, celebrating the season.

Written in the Romantic period in 1819, Keat’s series of Odes, and ‘Ode to Autumn’ in particular, express extreme emotion through natural imagery of birds, plants, animals and trees, heavily loaded with sensuality. I have endeavoured to portray the intense romance and emotions of Keats’ words in the designs of our Autumn Collection in a lyrical journey of the senses.

To capture his “Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness, Close bosom-friend of the maturing sun…” I have selected romantic garden Roses, dark sultry Orchids, berries and blooms in a rich tapestry of Autumnal tones, presented in the extraordinary mouth-blown glass vases and photographed in the Romantic setting of a traditional 19th century manor house.

I hope this expression of Autumn will fill your homes with joy and beauty in celebration of the magnificence of the season.
