Our services include high-budget event design, luxury floral subscriptions, home styling, bespoke gifting, and exclusive fragrance experiences. We are now seeking a commercially driven, ultra-luxury-savvy professional to join our team and drive proactive business development across all areas of the business.

The Role

This newly created role is central to our next phase of growth. You will focus on generating new business and deepening client engagement across two core areas:

  1. High-Budget Private Celebrations & Events
  2. Private Client Floral Subscriptions, Gifting & Fragrance Styling

You’ll bring fresh energy and strategic focus to sales, transforming our reactive enquiries into a consistent pipeline of proactively sourced high-value opportunities. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a deep understanding of the ultra-luxury lifestyle sector, who can open doors, nurture relationships, and close business with confidence and flair.

Key Responsibilities

Foundational Client Development

  • Identify and engage new UHNW private clients in London and key international markets (UAE, USA, Europe).
  • Build relationships with estate managers, private offices, concierges, and PAs.
  • Introduce floral concierge subscription services, fragrance styling, and gifting opportunities.
  • Deliver tailored proposals to secure long-term client contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client delight.

Event Sales Growth

  • Cultivate relationships with elite wedding and event planners, venues, and luxury lifestyle professionals.
  • Secure large-scale floral and event design commissions for weddings and milestone celebrations.
  • Attend key industry events, networking opportunities, and brand partnerships to generate event enquiries.
  • Present curated lookbooks and bespoke design proposals to planners and clients.
  • Develop a referral network and discreet incentive structures to encourage repeat business.

Ongoing Responsibilities

  • Align sales activity with brand strategy and seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Track lead conversion, report on KPIs, and contribute to revenue forecasting.
  • Represent NSFC at luxury lifestyle events, industry showcases, and fragrance launches.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to convert visibility into commercial results.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A natural connector with a proven track record in ultra-luxury sales, private client services, or high-end events.
  • Well-networked across luxury sectors: interior design, private member clubs, concierge, luxury retail, or hospitality.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
  • Elegant, articulate, and attuned to the needs and nuances of UHNW clientele.
  • A genuine appreciation for floristry, fragrance, home styling and aesthetic design.
  • Confident presenting proposals and leading relationship-building conversations with top-tier clients.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and performance-oriented.
